A. Personal Data (User Account)
When you sign in with Apple, we may collect:
Email Address: Used for account identification. If you choose "Hide My Email," we receive a private relay email address.
User Identifier: A unique ID provided by Apple.
B. Usage Data (Focus Logs)
To provide focus statistics and timeline features, we collect:
Task Names: The titles of the tasks you input (e.g., "Reading," "Coding").
Focus & Rest Duration: Start time, end time, and duration of your sessions.
App Settings: Preferences for sound, haptics, and notifications.
C. Device Information (Guest Mode)
If you use the app without signing in (Guest Mode), we generate a unique Device ID to store your data on our servers anonymously.
3. How We Use Your Information
Service Provision: To save your focus history and provide statistics/insights.
Data Synchronization: To sync your data across multiple devices (for signed-in users).
Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve app stability.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Server Storage: All your focus data is securely stored on our servers.
Guest Data Retention: Data for inactive Guest accounts (no login for 90 days) may be deleted.
User Data Retention: Data for signed-in users is retained until you delete your account.
5. Your Rights (Deletion)
You have the right to delete your data at any time.
Delete Account: Navigate to Settings > Delete Account within the app. All data will be permanently removed.
6. Third-Party Services
Apple Services: For authentication (Sign in with Apple).
Analytics Services: For analyzing app usage and crash reporting.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
